FAQ's
Before your first class
What types of Pilates classes do you offer?#
I offer a variety of Mat classes, including group sessions, 1-to-1 private Pilates, and small group classes tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Where are your classes held?#
My classes are held in both Kemble Village Hall and Watermoor Church Hall, Cirencester, with car parking and toilet facilities available.
Do I need any experience to join a Pilates class?#
Not at all! Many people join us as complete beginners. Every class includes options to suit different abilities, and you'll be encouraged to work at your own pace. There's no pressure to keep up or get everything right first time.
What do I need to bring to class?#
Please bring a Pilates or yoga mat if you have one, along with a drink. If you own a Pilates block, feel free to bring that too, but don't worry if you don't have one.
What should I wear?#
Just wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. There's no dress code here, lycra isn't essential!
